GLOCKFORSALE.NET vouches for our Pistols and guarantees your satisfaction with every order. If you have changed your mind or realized you ordered the wrong model, you have 30 days to make a return. Email us at email@example.com. An RMA and shipping label will be issued to you within 7 business days. Then send the unused item back in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible less a 20% restocking fee.
Here is a list of the requirements voiding your eligibility for the Return & Refunds Policy:
- The instructions in the Instructions for Use manual are not followed;
- Your GLOCK pistol or any of its parts are altered or modified from their original state;
- Damage is caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance;
- Your pistol is disassembled beyond the instruction in Chapter 9 of the Instructions for Use manual; or
- Reloaded, remanufactured, or handloaded ammunition, or ammunition of a different caliber than your GLOCK pistol is used.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status and amount once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or Bitcoin account. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
